About McDonald Building
McDonald Building is a third generation family owned business that has been building quality homes in Chelan and Douglas County since the 1950’s.
Honesty, pride and quality have been passed on from each generation and are reflected in the ongoing success and longevity of McDonald Building. Throughout the years a large group of satisfied customers have experienced the personal attention and hands on guidance we have to offer. From the first day your project begins with viewing your building site to your final walk through and closing, you will come to understand why our customers advocate for us.
The McDonald Building Professionals
Time and experience have provided the opportunity for the McDonald Building family to foster very loyal and experienced employees, sub-contractors and suppliers to assist in the construction of your home. Knowing the capabilities and expectations of each person involved in your project is a cornerstone of the McDonald Building success.
The McDonald Building Process
Continuous monitoring of your job insures that our expectations and standards are being met. Upon final walk through of your home, if necessary, we’ll create a punch list of desired items to be completed and modifications will be performed until you are satisfied that the job is complete. At the completion of the project we issue our one year standard warranty. However, should you experience a problem later, you’re welcome to give us a call, we’ll be around.
We believe a quality home should last and we will often correct a problem even after the warranty period has expired. McDonald Building is a quality builder and we stand behind our work.
McDonald Building’s Reputation
The reputation of McDonald Building is of the utmost importance to us, as it was for our Grandfather. We have lived in the Entiat area most of our lives and plan on continuing to be the best home builder in the area for many years ahead. We believe a quality reputation is built on quality craftsmanship, and it goes into every home we build.
